Important Information

Pool and parking lot open at 6:00 AM. Parking is limited, so please car pool with other team families wherever possible.

Warm-up Times:

7:00 AM - 7:40 AM: Rhinebeck Manta Rays, Hurley Tiger Sharks, Rosendale Rapids and New Paltz Sea Hawks

7:40 AM - 8:20 AM: Zena Sun Devils, Kerhonkson Barracudas, Hyde Park Stingrays, Red Hook Sea Raiders

Parade Line-Up: 

Teams will parade in order from the outermost reaches of space inward toward the Sun, represented by our host team, the Zena Sun Devils. 

Parade order: Rhinebeck Manta Rays (Pluto); Hyde Park Stingrays (Neptune); New Paltz Seahawks (Saturn); Red Hook Sea Raiders (Mars); Kerhonkson Barracudas (Earth); Hurley Tiger Sharks (Venus); Rosendale Rapids (Mercury); and Zena Sun Devils (Sun) (Host)

Teams are reminded that no pieces/bits of paper or small objects that can get into the pool should be worn or carried during the parade.  Refrain from using glitter.  We thank you for your cooperation here. 

A few extra reminders for our families:

Due to the WiFi connection being inconsistent, please bring personal hot spots and/or Starlink-type devices with you to access the internet during Champs.

Pop-up tents are not permitted in the pool area.  Shelter under your team's tent with your children when you are not spectating or fulfilling a job during the meet.  You may access the areas outside the roped off areas for spectating.  Be mindful of others.

The playground will remain closed for the duration of the meet.  We appreciate your help in keeping both little ones and swimmers away from this area. 

There will be a tent for free scoliosis screenings during Champs.  

Food Trucks/Stands

The following trucks/stands will be available during the time slots listed below for food/beverage purchases:

Jordie’s Roadhouse (Breakfast/Coffee): 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM

All Skew’d Up: 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Nana’s Ice Cream: 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM (*note the earlier end time)

Lemonheads Lemonade Table: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM
